THIS folks, it what it’s really all about. Capturing moments, memories, and milestones. And they aren’t always the milestones of little ones. Mr. {P} has suffered from chronic back pain for years. Despite several surgeries and a variety of treatments, the answer seemed to be “don’t lift anything weighing more than five pounds”. As a father of young kids, that was quite restricting! I was so bummed to miss the arrival of the littlest {O}, Miss {C} late this spring. But so glad I got to meet her at the end of June! I had the pleasure of capturing a double mini-session with the {V} family where I got to meet their youngest, Miss {M}! It is SO hard to believe that I flew home to capture this baby girl’s newborn session five months ago! Time flies! Miss {B} is already growing into a beautiful little lady…. and doing an AMAZING job of sitting at only five months! 🙂 Her mom and I had so much fun experimenting and pulling this session together. So much fun to meet the entire {D} family and capture their first family picture in years! Love the bright colors they wore to the shoot. And little man {R}? He sure has his work cut out for him with three BEAUTIFUL older sisters to help protect!

The {C} Family is one of the sweetest and most God honoring families you will ever meet. I was thrilled to be able to get my lens on them again and document how much each of the boys has grown over the last fifteen months. Each of the boys has their own little charm…. But the youngest, Mister {Z}, sure stole my heart with his grins and smirks!

It is so hard to believe that I took this sweet girl’s newborn pictures over a year ago! Such a crazy year it has been! Such an honor that her family was willing to wait a few extra weeks for me to capture her one year portraits….
